In this video I am testing the Fender Vintage Noiseless SSS Pre-Wired Pickguard. I purchased this from Sweetwater (not sponsored) and decided to make a video showing how I installed them. I also tested them with a before and after towards the end of the of the video. These pickups are designed to stop that 60 cycle hum that Stratocasters are normally plagued with, which was the primary reason I decided to buy these. The process is way easier than you may think. I'm not a pro guitar tech or anything, and have very little experience with soldering, however with the prewired pickguard its only a few wires you need to deal with, and I show how simple a project it is for anyone to take on.
