I’m not trying to be overly poetic about it—I’m literally saying I “ain’t got no words,” because sometimes the grind speaks for itself. The hook is the takeaway: “Still I rise… till I get up from the bottom.” That’s the energy I’m on—faith, pride, and sacrifice, all in one. I’m reminding myself I deserve the world because of what it cost to keep going, and I’m also speaking for anybody who’s had to climb while people counted them out.
