Is this cheap beginner woodworking tool better than a track saw?

I'm using a tool for cuttings sheet goods like plywood but is much cheaper. I was just trying to make some upgrades to my small workshop. This was supposed to be a beginner woodworking project but it turned out to be harder than it should have been because I kept making sooo many mistakes. Knowing what I know now, I would have completed this project in 1 weekend. So hopefully you learn from my mistakes and don't make the same fails I did. I had already built cabinets for my small workshop and I just wanted to build some drawers out of plywood and also a drawer box. My first mistake was drawing up my plans before I bought the plywood.
