hi hi it’s jamya :) in this day in my life vlog, i’m taking you through what a realistic 75 soft day looks like for me when i’m trying to get back into a consistent routine. i start the morning with skincare, then head to the gym to get my movement in, and i’m basically just showing you how i structure my day so it feels doable (and not like i have to be perfect to be “on track”). after the gym, i’m doing a shower + get ready with me, then i run out for groceries and do a little haul so you can see what i’m keeping around for healthier routines. i also make time for hobbies (yes, crocheting) and end the day with a cozy chai latte moment + some reading because i’m really trying to build habits that actually stick. if you’re in your post-grad era and you’re craving a reset, motivation, or just a calm solo vlog to watch while you get your life together, this one is for you.
