It is now 5 days post Bali and I STILL feel out of sorts. Sleep deprivation is soooo jarring and truly takes so long to come back from. Things I do to get back into routine: 1. No skipping meals, straight back into my usual food 2. Go to the farmers market and stock up for the week 3. Mental health beach walks 4. Unpack immediately 5. Treat my body with grace understanding that it has been through a lot travelling. 6. Gym !! What are some things that you do? See you next week!! xx
