About This Video

It’s officially October 1st, so you already know what time it is—monthly reset time. In this video, I’m walking you through how I use my Monthly Reset Planner (the Notion one I designed for my real-life mom life) to feel less scattered and more calm, clear, and in control going into a new month. I start by looking back at September—what I actually got done, what I didn’t, and why that’s totally okay because we’re working with 30–31 days, not magic. Then I carry over what still matters into October and set my monthly focus (I’m staying in my “reset era” for the rest of the year, not gonna lie). From there, I do a brain dump (I don’t show the messy details, but I explain how to do it), and I turn it into a simple must do / may do priorities list so I’m not living day-by-day guessing anymore. I also update my reset checklists, set up my habit tracker (daily 20-minute walk, journaling/brain dump, marriage connection, and creating one piece of content), and do a monthly reflection—wins, what I need to spend less energy on, and how I want to feel next month. Finally, I check in on my “life map” stuff like cleaning, budget intentions, and my content growth tracker—because tracking progress helps me stay motivated without burning out.
