Hi friends!!! If you watched my last video, you know I use one master list to keep my life organized. But having a master list isn’t what saves my week, it’s how I turn it into a realistic weekly plan. In this video, I’m walking you through exactly how I take my master list and create a weekly plan that actually works with kids, appointments, real life, and changing energy levels. If you’ve ever felt organized on paper but still overwhelmed by Monday… this is the step that makes the difference (at least for me it does and hopefully it can for you too!) ✨ VIDEOS MENTIONED: How I Create My Master List → https://youtu.be/VBQMwmGMp3Y?si=H7yY9TMeNHhB-Bx5 C H A P T E R S: 00:00 Intro + Thank you for 1k! 01:04 Match the planning system to your season 02:10 Step 1: Pull From the Master List 04:06 Step 2: The Reality Check 05:02 Step 3: Assign, Don’t Overload 07:39 Why This Changed My Weeks ♡ Stay Connected: ♥️ Subscribe to my channel for more: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCANKEG-BBQUd6-yhOMwYo2Q ♥️ Follow me on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@itscherryjean_ ♥️ Check out my Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/itscherryjean/ 💌 For business inquiries: itscherryjean@gmail.com weekly planning, how to plan your week, master list planning, master list method, weekly planning for moms, realistic weekly planning, stay at home mom routine, mom organization tips, planning system for moms, how to avoid overplanning, reducing mental load, mental load as a mom, weekly reset routine, planner routine, productive mom life, mom life organization, time management for moms, how I plan my week, simple planning system, realistic mom routine, weekly planning system, organize your week, planning with kids, sahm organization, planning for stay at home moms

About This Video

There’s a difference between being organized and being overloaded, and this video is where I show you the step that actually makes my week feel manageable. I use one master list to keep everything in one place, but the list itself doesn’t save my week—turning it into a realistic weekly plan does. I’m a stay-at-home mom of three, so my planning has to work with kids, appointments, real life, and changing energy levels… not a Pinterest-perfect schedule. I walk you through my exact process in my Hobonichi Cousin: Step 1 is pulling from my master list, but before I write anything down I ask myself three questions—what’s time-sensitive, what would make this week feel successful, and what realistically fits. Step 2 is the reality check, where I look at my non-negotiables (like picking up the car or a funeral) so I don’t plan like I have unlimited time and energy. Step 3 is assigning tasks without overloading: I only give myself 3–5 priorities a day (and sometimes just one, and that’s okay). This system helps me fight decision fatigue, stop feeling behind on Monday, and plan for my actual life—because that is more than enough.
