This is a recipe for flour tortillas: 3 cups all-purpose flour, 2tsp salt, 1tsp baking, 5-6Tbsp saturated fat, 1c water. One thing I didn't mention is that you really should heavily flour your rolling pin and rolling surface so nothing sticks while rolling the tortillas out. You can dust off any excess flour before cooking so it doesn't burn.
