Get 50% off 1 month of Trade at https://drinktrade.com/shaquille This is the original recipe for Blueberry Cheesecake Baked Oatmeal from Tablespoon: https://www.tablespoon.com/recipes/blueberry-cheesecake-baked-oatmeal/57a34622-3b26-43e3-b196-150ca8b879d6 (You can follow it exactly or make the swaps I mention in this video) Ingredients: 4 cups old-fashioned oats 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 4 cups milk 3 eggs 3 tablespoons melted butter or oil 2 teaspoons vanilla or 4 teaspoons bourbon 1 cup frozen wild blueberries 1 package (8 oz) softened cream cheese 1/3 cup granulated sugar up to 1/2 cup blueberry preserves Directions: In large bowl, mix together oats, milk, baking powder, salt, 2 eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and frozen blueberries. Pour into a greased 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish baking dish; let stand 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. In the dirty bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and remaining egg with whisk until smooth. Spoon cream cheese mixture by tablespoonfuls evenly onto oat mixture. Next to each spoonful of cream cheese mixture, place a spoonful of blueberry preserves. Cut through mixture several times with knife for marbled design. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
