Interview with Dr Uli Bauhofer on active rejuvenation, active longevity - the title of his recently published new book. Dr Bauhofer was, together with Dr Oliver Werner, the first western medical doctor that - under Maharishi´s guidance - studied Ayurveda and promoted it in the whole world. The press often called him Germany´s Ayurveda Guru. He has a very successful YouTube channel with at present 502.000 subscribers and 238.000 followers on instagram. Many celebrities learnt with him Transcendental Meditation.
