Jeep Wrangler Hit and Run Walmart Parking Lot 11-12-2018 [Blackvue DR900S-2CH]

[Update: Talked to the police. The driver was found and was a woman not a man like I assumed. She claimed she didn't realize she hit the car (that is the excuse every single time these hit and runs happen on camera!) but it's just going to go to insurance. Apparently she was not being charged from a hit and run from what the police told me (unless I misunderstood him, not sure). You would have to be deaf to not have heard the impact, I heard it much better than you can in the video. Not to mention after her terrible parking, she left right after hitting the Buick. Seems clear cut hit and run.] I was walking back to my car at Walmart and when I got into my car I noticed the Jeep was pulling out very close to the Buick. You can just make out the impact sound at 2:29, but I had to turn my volume all the way up. It is hard to see but if you watch closely the Buick does bounce off the Jeep slightly. The Buick had an 8" scrape and dent. You can hear the kid yell "ooooooh" right after it happened. I waited to see if he (she*) was going to stay but I did not want to confront a random person since I knew I had the video. I got Walmart to page the owner of the Buick and exchanged information. This upload is for evidence. Also not sure why I thought that was me pushing my car into the corral, ignore that message. When I was editing it I thought it was me and forgot I hadn't even gotten to my car yet, it was someone else shoving a cart into the corral.
