Ike shares how being diagnosed with ADHD gave him clarity about lifelong tendencies he never fully understood. Throughout school and pharmacy training, teachers and mentors noticed his disorganization and difficulty following instructions, but he didn’t realize it was ADHD. A conversation with his ex, who pointed out his constant distraction, prompted him to seek a professional evaluation. After taking the QB test, he was diagnosed with ADHD, which explained many of his unique behaviors, such as needing constant stimulation, listening to music for hours, and multitasking in multiple projects. Ike reflects that ADHD doesn’t define him—it simply shapes how he experiences the world. The diagnosis gave him awareness, helping him embrace his strengths and quirks while understanding his relationship with time, focus, and stimulation.
