How to update SONY Apple CarPlay or Android Auto receiver to the latest Firmware

In this video I will show you how to update any SONY Apple CarPlay or Android Auto receiver / headunit to the latest software. You will need an freshly formatted (FAT32) USB Flash Drive, all you have to do is unzip the firmware file you download from Sony Support Webpage below - drag and drop the "update" folder to your USB Flash Drive root .
