Loop D in particular is quite a challenge, in skill, but also in fitness. With various alternate line choices, you can make things even more challenging if you wish. While it's only 10.6 miles, it'll feel like twice that. It's slow going through all of those rock gardens, and they will wear you out if you're not in tip-top shape! This is not the trail to come to if you enjoy speed!
