Is Rowlett Creek Preserve Any Fun??? | Mountain Biking in Garland, TX

I figured it was mostly flat and easy, so I just didn't have the desire to check it out. So the question is... is it any fun? I did not ride the entire trail, which spans over 16 miles. I only rode what is north of the parking lot, but I imagine what is on the south side of the parking lot is pretty similar.
