Mac OS Sequoia 15.3 on an Unsupported Late 2012 iMac

I wanted to change it up a bit and see how well a Late 2012 iMac does with the latest version of Mac OS Sequoia. This is a 13-year old computer that hasn't had Apple software support for a while, but I've used OCLP for several years now with this iMac and it works fine for me. Currently, the iMac is running 14.7.1, so going to 15.3 is a big jump. Let's see how this goes.
