Dusk is the deeper Flamingo Eye Trio, and on my eyes it reads more sultry and seductive because everything leans satin/pearly. The taupey-lilac-pink tones are gorgeous, and if you want extra impact, I recommend using your finger or applying it wet with a little setting spray.
