Adobe Speech Enhance

Adobe Podcast (Enhance Speech) is the fastest way I’ve found to get consistent spoken-word audio when the source isn’t ideal—voice memos, camera mics, church headset mics, you name it. I pay for Premium because the intensity sliders let me back it off (usually 60–70% Speech, ~40% Background) so it doesn’t sound overly processed.

Pros

+Huge time-saver compared to manual EQ/gating/compression on rough dialogue
+Premium sliders help avoid the stale/over-processed AI sound
+Works well on secondary sources (weddings, sermons, camera mic, iPhone audio)
+Simple workflow: upload, adjust, download

Cons

-Free version can sound too processed or stale with fewer controls
-Not something I’d recommend for music production where you want full creative control
