About This Video

In this video, I’m doing my January savings reallocation and moving a total of $773 from completed minis, savings challenges, and little “games” back into the places that make the most sense for our goals. This is one of my favorite parts of cash stuffing because it’s proof that the small, consistent amounts really do add up—and when a challenge is finished, that money doesn’t just sit there. I intentionally give it a new job. I walk you through how I look at what’s completed, what’s still in progress, and where I want the momentum to go next—whether that’s building up sinking funds, supporting upcoming expenses, or simply keeping my budget categories balanced. If you’re doing cash envelopes and you’ve ever wondered what to do once a mini challenge is done, this is exactly how I handle it so my budget stays cozy, realistic, and aligned with my monthly plan.
