Post-Mortem on a Burned S55: Could This Be Prevented?

We cracked open this S55 head expecting a basic inspection… but what we found told a much hotter story. Supposedly 500 miles since install, but between the burnt valves, bent stems, and gasket damage—it looks more like 500 laps at the Nürburgring.
