Honda K24 Cylinder Head: Digitizing, CNC Porting & Final Assembly

In the first video, we hand-ported this K24 cylinder head and shaped the airflow. In this video, we finish it. This is the full process after porting: digitizing the ports inside the machine, CNC cutting to get close, then valve guide installation, guide sizing, valve job, milling, parts selection, and final assembly. CNC doesn’t make a cylinder head finished — especially when dealing with castings that are never identical. It makes the process faster. The final consistency still comes from proper machine work, measurements, and hands-on finishing so every port performs as one complete unit. This video shows what actually matters once the porting is done: the details that make a head seal, survive RPM, and deliver reliable performance.
