In this video I unbox and review a gaming mouse that proves you don’t have to spend a fortune to get proper performance: the Logitech G502 HERO. I literally bought it by accident when I walked into CeX here in the UK and saw the price—£39.99 on my receipt (and I’ve seen it around £34.99 too). Normally, a “professional” gaming mouse like this is more like £60–£80, so for the money it felt like a no-brainer upgrade. We look at the weight (about 120g) and the extra weights you can add under the magnetic cover, plus the DPI range up to 25,600 and the buttons/scroll wheel features like “endless scrolling.” I also hit a real-world annoyance: the Logitech software download/installer was acting up for me, so I couldn’t show profiles and RGB properly. But honestly, I don’t care that much about lights—what matters is how it plays, and in-game it felt fantastic.
