This is somewhat of an update to the original Hello Kitty Mochi Ice Cream video. Because ice cream was being used, there was a lot of going back and forth with chilling which made it kind of difficult to make Since we are using peanut butter, it is so much easier!!! No chilling and it comes out soft, fresh and yummy! You can also fill them with azuki (red beans) which is more traditional. I included some nerdy titles made of words I hear a lot these days LOL Below are the recipes. Most of the ingredients can be found at the grocery store. Recipe: Peanut Butter Balls 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter (no sugar added, just peanuts and sometimes salt). Microwave for 30 seconds. Face Black and yellow Candy Melts.
