“4 has a good Focus distance meaning that it can get closer to certain subject compared to other lenses making it a semi macro lens but this is the key for making your Sigma or any other lenses perhaps to be a macro lenses and this guy costs only around $5 to $10 now this is a close-up filter or a macro filter that you attach in front of your lens now the one that I have here right now is from nightx and I stumbled across this from teu but it's also available in Lazada and shopy in case you are in the Southeast Asian region so I decided to check the quality of this filter because sometimes I want to have that close-up shot but you know I don't have the macro lens for that so if you're going to look it on the side it has a big curvature on the lens in my opinion this is the best combination that you can do in case you want to have the cheap and budget friendly macro lens but in case you have other lenses that has a very short focusing distance you might want to use this for now we're just going to check on how good it is so we're not going to cut I'm going to bring you in front of me yeah so I did cut the video because unfortunately I cannot like literally do some justice in terms of the um what you call this the magnifying capability of the filter let's do a live commentary about here so let's do just recording so we're going to be checking it out here in the Holly Land as you can see that's a very very closeup shot and in my opinion that is very clear I'm currently at 1”

“8 that's very sharp in my opinion okay so we're going to be testing it also here [Music] here okay so the focusing has the focusing distance is very minimal so you need to really be close but that's really macro not too much but it's really nice in my opinion okay so let's check out without the filter or what's the difference in terms of the focusing distance okay so this is the live it's the filter is here I'm going to do some C that and wow that if you guys can see how far it is attachment of the filter you can do much closeup yeah it's a good buy so there's that so in my opinion if you want to really just save some few bucks and just do a little bit of product videography or product placement a $5 to $10 macro filter will be enough if you're going to partner it with a lens as good as Sigma because it's really going to make it very very close but if you're going to use this for like you know flower photography wherein you really need a very macro lens then I'm not going to be recommending it but for a YouTuber a content creator like us like you like me I think this filter will do you good so if you want to purchase one link will be down in the description I'm using teu for international I'm using Lazada and shopy for other local things but at the end of the day this is a very very good lens”
