(personal reasons नहीं, business value reasons) (2) क्या मैं market parity पर हूं? (Peers + Payscale/Glassdoor/LinkedIn data) (3) अगर raise नहीं मिला तो मेरा plan क्या है? Phase 2: preparation—past value (projects, revenue/cost impact, extra responsibilities), future value (next year roadmap), और boss की जगह खुद को रखकर team pressure/skill gaps समझना। Phase 3: execution—timing (3–4 months पहले best), dedicated meeting, career-growth से conversation start, confident & professional रहना, data-based range रखना, और extra responsibilities लेने के लिए ready रहना।
