This time I am making a salad, picking green directly from the indoor hydroponic garden, right into a bowl! Adding a bit of sprouts, some additional blends and boom, a super healthy, organic, delicious salad that cost me way less then going to the supermarket. Forget about the supermarket, I wouldn't want my lettuce traveling on the back of a truck 3,000 miles to get to my dinner table, I prefer walking 10 feet.
