The HART Neon Basketball was better than expected. HART Sport & Leisure is an Australian owned business that launched selling all kinds of sporting products to schools across Queensland, Australia. We found their brand when we visited Treasure Island Resort in Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast Queensland. We stayed 4 nights in this campground to trial out the resorts full court basketball park. Once we arrived, we saw that the resort had supplied its own basketballs for guests to use. As a basketball reviewer I was curious as to what type of cheap rubber ball they were suppling their guests with.
