Should the UK follow France and also ban alcohol when there's extreme heat?

The French government has banned alcohol consumption in areas placed on “red alert” and instructed organisers of Music Day events to limit drinking in order to ease pressure on emergency services and allow medical staff to focus on those most at risk. We ask our panellists whether the UK should consider similar restrictions on alcohol consumption during periods of extreme hot weather.
