Is the Huawei Watch 3 Pro Good Enough to be Your Next Smartwatch?

When Huawei sent us their latest Watch 3 Pro, we weren't sure that there was room for another incumbent. With Apple and Samsung leading the way, along with Google looking to throw their own hat in the ring, do we really need another watch ecosystem? In tech, there is always room for growth and innovation. While Huawei has not been a darling in the space in recent years, it has gone on to innovate in the face of adversity. At some point, we just have to admit something is done well on merit. The Huawei Watch 3 Pro does have many of those attributes including elegant and sophisticated design, a strong app ecosystem with their HarmonyOS, and it does things thoughtful things like automatically tracking your hand washing. The real question, though, does the Huawei Watch 3 Pro makes it on its own merits? Or is the shadow that the brand casts too great to overcome?
