Harvesting Carrots and Garlic Scapes!

In this video, I am giving an update on the garden. The birds are eating the strawberries, and my sister harvest carrots, and I harvest garlic scapes. Do you harvest your garlic scapes? Garlic Scapes is the flower stalk the plant shoots up when it tries to go to seed. If you let the scapes grow and open, then the plant will send all it's energy into producing seeds. If you harvest the scapes, then the plant will continue to grow the bulb. Garlic Scapes are very delicious in a pot of greens or a stir fry or anything you want to add flavor of garlic.
