I picked my Top 10 realism mods that change the way the game feels minute-to-minute—stuff like needing to eat, dealing with fuel, getting pulled over, and even doing normal jobs like Uber driving. If you’re bored of the same old Story Mode vibe and you want that immersive, roleplay-style experience without jumping to FiveM, these mods are the easiest way to do it. I cover mods like Basic Needs, Openable Fridges, Pull Me Over, Uber Driver, DriverJobs V, and Fuel Script V—these make Los Santos feel way more alive and routine-based. Then I go into heavier gameplay changes like Prison Mod and Persistence II so your world actually “sticks” and feels continuous. To finish it off, I included Car Dealership and Realistic Car Damage, because realism isn’t complete until buying cars feels legit and crashes actually have consequences.
