But be careful — one wrong move and it can collapse! This is the ultimate elegant pudding that melts in your mouth and leaves you wanting more. Perfect for dinner parties, celebrations, or when you want to impress with minimal ingredients. ⸻ 🍮 INGREDIENTS (MOLOTOF) • 12 egg whites • 12 tablespoons light brown sugar 🍯 FOR THE CARAMEL • 12 tablespoons sugar • Optional: small knob of butter • Pinch of salt (for a salted caramel twist) ⸻ 🔥 METHOD 1. Preheat the oven. 2. Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form. 3. Gradually add sugar while whisking until glossy. 4. Prepare caramel and coat your mould. 5.
