Dehancer is my phase-three cheat code for black and white—film stocks, bloom, grain, and halation all in one Lightroom plugin. My workflow is simple: dial a touch of bloom, set clean grain, then scroll stocks until one fits (Eastman X or Ilford HP5 Plus were the moves in this video). It’s the fastest way I know to add real character after I’ve already built the contrast in Lightroom.
