How strong am I really — and what climbing grade does that strength equal? In this video, I take a 9C climbing strength test that scores your physical ability from 0 to 40. Each exercise gives points based on finger strength, pull up strength, core and endurance. This test isn’t measuring strength and understanding what level of climbing that strength should translate to. I go through every exercise, explain how the scoring works, and share my honest thoughts as the test breaks me down. By the end, we get a clearer idea of what grade my strength should realistically be capable of climbing. The test comes from The Crag: https://www.thecrag.com/en/climbing/virtual/route/4430259711 🧗 In this video: - Full 9C strength test attempt - 0–40 scoring system explained - Where I gain and lose points - What my score says about my climbing level - Strength vs real climbing performance This is for climbers who care about real benchmarks, honest testing, and understanding where they actually stand — not hype.
