For the final gym of The Siege, I went to Climbing District Tottenham Hale — and this session taught me something more important than just sending boulders. After two rounds of getting humbled by London’s biggest bouldering competition, I finally started to calm down, stop forcing moves, and focus on body position, movement, and climbing with more intention. This was the first session in the series where I felt like I was actually learning instead of just reacting. In this episode: • Taking on The Siege at Climbing District Tottenham Hale • The final gym of the competition series • How I stopped getting frustrated on hard comp boulders • Why body position and movement matter more than forcing power • Real attempts, learning moments, and climbing breakdowns This comp has pushed me physically, but this session changed me mentally. 📍 Filmed at Climbing District Tottenham Hale 🧗♂️ Competition: The Siege 🎥 Episode 3 of the series Subscribe for more climbing content, MoonBoard training, and real progression videos. 👇 Let me know in the comments: Do you climb worse when you get frustrated? 00:00 The Siege Competition at Climbing District. 00:20 Where Are My Expectation For Today 00:59 Boulder 1 01:10 Boulder 2 01:35 Boulder 3 02:00 Boulder 4 03:42 I'm Getting Frustrated 04:44 Boulder 5 05:33 Boulder 8 06:11 Boulder 9 07:32 Boulder 10 08:08 Boulder 11 09:16 Boulder 12 09:40 Boulder 13 10:06 Boulder 14 11:30 Boulder 15 12:20 Boulder 16 13:48 Boulder 17 15:50 What I Think So Far of The Entire Competition 16:42 Boulder 18 17:30 What did I Learn From This Session #climbing #bouldering #competition #london
