Grilled cheese is a simple comfort food with a lot of versatility. In this video, Lucy Simon makes 5 different grilled cheese recipes over the stove. First, she uses pumpernickel bread with sharp cheddar cheese and sweet mango chutney. Next, on sourdough bread, she spreads mayo and pepper jelly with a few extra slices of cheddar cheese.
