Premier Inn Cardiff Bay - Better On The Inside???

We stayed one night in a Premier Plus Room in the Premier Inn Cardiff Bay Wales. The Premier Inn was undergoing building work, so we didn’t expect a view, but was the hotel better inside than it looked from the outside? The Premier Inn is in a good position if you want to visit the Wales Millennium Centre just across the road. Also, there is a car park next to the hotel with discounted rates for hotel guests. We recently had good stays at the Premier Inn in Tenby and the new one in Cardiff City Centre. So, how does this one in Cardiff Bay compare?
