Aired live on 9/17/2024 Working in legal services has inherent stressors, and research shows that practicing mindfulness can promote mental well-being, reduce stress, and increase resiliency. This training will offer an introduction to mindfulness for legal services staff framed in a community resiliency model. The session will include opportunities to try out different guided mindfulness exercises from "micro-practices" to traditional mindfulness meditation.
