How to Dye Dark Hair Red without Damage!

49.1K views· 6:34· Feb 9, 2016

***PSA: YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO THE SECOND STEP; it's completely OPTIONAL! I did it because I wasn't completely satisfied with MY results. I had to use more dye because my bundles/hair is long and thick!*** Hey y'all! So I've been wanting to go red for the LONGEST, but I didn't want to go through the process of bleaching/lifting the hair first. I really didn't want to inhale those chemical smells while pregnant, and it can be a long process! So I did my research and found a way to SAFELY go RED! The first time I colored it, it would have been perfect if I hadn't run out of hair dye. :/ My wig has 4 bundles and a lace closure which is a LOT of hair! I'm sure if you're doing this on your real hair or on 3 bundles or less, you won't run out. I left the color on the hair for about 30 mins and rinsed using cold water.
