In this video I’m sharing a little heart-to-heart while we’re in the middle of garden season and it feels like there are a million things that need to get done all at once. I talk about that pressure I can put on myself to keep everything moving—home, kids, meals, routines, and then adding in the garden on top of it. Sometimes I just need to hear the reminder that I don’t have to carry it all by myself, and that it’s okay to slow down, ask for help, and take the next right step. I also share how, in a big family, gardening can’t be a “mom-only” job. It’s all hands on deck around here—kids included—and when everyone pitches in, it not only gets done, it becomes part of our family life. The big takeaway is that the work is real, the chaos is real, and so is the joy when we do it together.
