The iRobot Roomba j5+ is a solid choice if you care about obstacle avoidance and flexibility between vacuum-only and vacuum+mop. It mapped my first floor well on the first try and avoided common obstacles like cords, plus it’s designed to detect pet waste. Debris pickup was more average in my heavier test (around 75%), but the mopping left floors clean and streak-free.
