The AeroGarden Bounty is my pick if you want the simplest, tidiest way to grow herbs indoors because it’s a complete countertop hydroponic system. Setup was quick, the screen walks you through scheduling, and after that it’s mostly just topping off water and adding nutrients when prompted. In our experience, seeds sprouted in under a week and we were harvesting basil and parsley by the end of the month.
