Wen BG4260 2.1-Amp 6-Inch Bench Grinder.
The WEN BG4260 is my affordable pick if you want solid grinding performance without spending a lot. Assembly was simple (about 15 minutes), and I actually found the spark deflector more effective than on some pricier models, but it can get warm if you run it continuously.
