Mason Bay Campground is one of those places that’s a total 50/50 for me — the beach is dead flat and beautiful, and falling asleep to the ocean is honestly the best. But the road in (and out) was brutal in my van, and the sites are closer together than I expected.

- -Road in is heavily corrugated and stressful in a van
- -Some boggy/muddy pockets after rain
- -Campsites feel quite close together
- -Seaweed can be smelly depending on conditions
