About This Video

Good morning my cute friends—yes, I’m in Japan and I still can’t believe it. In this vlog I wake up in the prettiest traditional Japanese home, grab the coziest vibes, and we head out to explore Osaka together. First stop is something super special: the HEP FIVE ferris wheel in Umeda, where you get the most amazing panoramic view of the city. It’s such a dreamy way to start the day and it honestly made me even more excited for everything else we were about to do. After that, we go straight into one of my favorite parts of traveling: snacks. I try one of Osaka’s most famous street foods—steamed pork buns—and then we slow down at Shitennoji Temple, which is one of Japan’s oldest temples. It felt so peaceful and grounding, like the perfect little reset in the middle of a busy day. And of course… you know I had to have matcha. My Japanese friends recommended matcha ice cream and I was so excited to finally try it. We end the day with a boat ride along the Dotonbori River right by the iconic Glico sign, seeing Osaka from the water on these fun yellow boats—such a cute, memorable way to wrap everything up.
