Friday started early: coffee, a TikTok live, watching the charts, and scheduling content across platforms so I could stay consistent without feeling pressured to post. Then I hit the road to pick my daughter up from Sam Houston State for spring break (and yes… the coffee and water had me stopping to pee immediately). We grabbed Chick-fil-A on campus, talked through the college moment, and I shared the reminder I always give my kids: be responsible, but really live in the moment—because adulthood comes fast. Then we rolled into errands and business. I went to Office Depot to print scripts for my other stream of income (because I refuse to keep buying printer ink), ran the personal-care errands, and ended up at Target because Walmart didn’t have my vanilla cashmere lotion—again. I also broke down how I create content in real time: I literally record my day, capture B-roll (phone or Meta glasses), and attach it to a digital product—but with intention. To close it out, I showed my rebrand: I revamped my Soft Work Starter Bundle, updated the sales page, posted an Instagram carousel, went live, made sales, and signed clients—proof that soft work can still move the needle.
