I use clear six-cavity clamshells because the best marbling shows up on the base, and you actually want customers to see that. I also like laying them out in alternating directions to save counter space and help keep lids flatter while I’m pouring.
Pros

- -Plastic can warp if overheated (don’t use a heat gun)
