When I was a high school football player, I thought sports might take me to college. Then one hit changed everything. A devastating tibial tubercle avulsion fracture ended my football dreams and forced me to relearn how to walk. That injury was my first introduction to sports medicine—and it sparked a mission that’s shaped my entire career. From living with years of chronic knee pain to researching my own recovery, I’ve turned setbacks into fuel for helping others. Today, I run a joint injection clinic, work urgent care shifts, and serve as a ringside physician for boxing and MMA.
