Lobster Thai Curry: Epic Catch & Cook Adventure!

I teamed up with Hideshi (aka Depth Affinity) on this epic lobster dive! It's been a long time since conditions have been THIS GOOD. It felt like I was diving into an aquarium hunting for lobsters. We ended up staying out for around 3 hours this night. I typically don't stay out that long but the conditions were too good to pass up staying a little longer. Following the dive I cooked up a Lobster into a delicious Thai Red Curry Lobster over rice. Enjoy!
