Conditions looked promising due to the low surf and winds leading up to the dive. The target species was White Sea Bass for the dive so spearing reef fish would be put off in order to keep our stealth. As soon as we hit the water we found that the conditions were not good whatsoever with visibility being a murky 5ft. Despite the terrible visibility, we knew there is still a chance a "Ghost fish" could pop up at any moment. We ended up not seeing one but I was able to grab a two spot Octopus on the way in. One of my favorite Octopus dishes is Korean Octopus Stir Fry. So check out the video to see how I prepare the Octopus to eat.
